Katie Martin, LMSW

Katie is a LMSW who graduated from Binghamton University in May 2025. She has experience providing compassionate, client-centered care to adults and young adults. She specializes in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and personal growth goals. Her approach integrates trauma-informed care, strengths-based practice, and evidence-informed strategies, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build insight, emotion regulation skills, and assertive communication. She aims to help clients develop insight, practical skills, and confidence as they move toward goals that are meaningful to them.
